This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of information collected from users of TierCreator, an iOS application developed by James Orlowski (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using TierCreator, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
When you voluntarily provide feedback through TierCreator, we collect the following information for the sole purposes of enhancing application functionality and providing customer support:

TierCreator allows users to create tiles containing images, text, or both, which are stored locally on the user’s device strictly for in-app use. While TierCreator does not transmit or retain user-generated content externally beyond the user’s device, users retain the ability to generate screenshots of their content and share them externally using standard device functionalities, such as email or messaging.
TierCreator utilizes the Google Custom Search API to enable users to search for images based on text input. Search queries are transmitted directly to Google’s servers for processing. We do not retain or store any search queries or images received from this service. However, if a user selects an image from the search results, it is stored locally on the user’s device within the application. Users may choose to share such images externally through the app’s sharing functionality.
The application incorporates functionality from Google Images (https://images.google.com) to facilitate image search and selection. Selected images are stored locally on the user’s device within the application at the user’s discretion. TierCreator does not collect or store search terms or images retrieved from Google Images beyond the user’s device, except when users choose to share screenshots externally.
For search suggestions, TierCreator uses the Google Suggest API. User-entered text is transmitted to Google for real-time suggestions. No user data is retained or stored as a result of these interactions.
We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of user information stored within TierCreator. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We reserve the right to update or amend this Policy at our discretion and will notify users of any material changes through the TierCreator application. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates. Your continued use of TierCreator following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
